As my client, I will offer you a personalized approach, in which I will serve as your partner and co-collaborator. Everyone is different, so my approach for you will be tailored to best suit your needs and wants in order to realize your desired outcomes. In working in tandem with you, we will co-create an action plan that will assist you in accomplishing your stated goals. We will build on your strengths and draw upon your abundant resources. I will do everything that I can to make our time together feel like a sanctuary for you, a sacred space, inside which I will give you my full attention, genuine empathy, and deep compassion. In addition, I will be sure to offer you my insights and constructive feedback. Finally, I will share with you the wisdom that I’ve accumulated over the years from seminars, workshops, mentors, and personal life experiences so that you will leave our sessions with invaluable takeaways that will directly improve the quality of your life. I believe that successful therapy is founded on a strong therapist/client relationship. In light of this, I want you to know that I’ll be willing to go into the trenches with you, and I’ll be proactive and vocal when when I offer you my counsel. At times, I will compassionately challenge you, as I believe that growth often happens outside of our comfort zones. No passive therapy here! In our therapy together, I will use both traditional therapy tools and techniques as well as more innovative, creative therapeutic tools and techniques.
Some Traditional therapeutic techniques that I use include:
- Family Systems
Some innovative therapeutic tools and techniques that I offer include:
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Hypnotherapy (Not to worry – this isn’t scary!)
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
- Voice Dialogue Technique
- Mindfulness-based Therapy
- Sports Performance Consulting

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
And as we let our light shine, we give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
